Easter season has come and passed here in Honduras, but I sincerely wonder whether this joyous event was used as a time to reflect upon the impact of Jesus' resurrection upon mankind. Christianity is recognized as the only religion that follows a leader who was resurrected from the dead. Even in this modern time when science is advancing in leaps and bounds, this feat has not been replicated. Yet some non-believers insist in trying to replicate life through diverse methods and fail to accept the fact that there isn't any scientific explanation, but the dilemma is answered through faith in God.
Multiple calamities have recently befallen upon Honduras. Hurricane Mitch with its flooding and landslides, and now earth tremors and forest fires. The best step you can take to overcome life's tragedies is to get closer to God and let Him guide your life. That is why we have dedicated this final installment to rebirth through Jesus. All should participate in the Restitution 99 event, whether physically or spiritually (with an email prayer). Let's not end up like the coconut trees in the above photograph taken just outside of Tela, dead and forgotten in some abandoned cemetery.
