• All property owners will hold full title.
• The corporation’s lawyers will facilitate the necessary steps to register the new owner’s title, once the documents are ready and financial arrangements have been made.
• All Villas will feature similar architecture as that of the resort, a Spanish colonial style with red roof tiles framed by arches and balconies. A leading national architect has designed model homes from two to five bedrooms for homeowners to choose from, that is if they decide not to custom make their villa.
• Homeowners are liable for property taxes assessed by the Guanaja municipality.
• Homeowners will pay a maintenance fee.
• Nominal charges for water will be assessed by management.
• Telecommunications are provided through the Honduran Telephone Company.
• Posada del Sol Resort will provide vacation management services for homeowners who are interested in renting their villas when not in use.
• An agreement will be signed by homeowners and the resort for revenue sharing when given vacation rental services.
