Reservations are not confirmed until a non-refundable deposit is received by our office: US$100.00 per person or US$200.00 per room. Space is confirmed upon receipt of deposit and on a first come, first serve basis. The full balance is due no later than 90 days (for groups of 12 or more) or 45 days (for individuals) prior to the arrival date. If we do not receive the full balance by the due date, your reservation will be cancelled and your space resold. Late payments, if accepted, are subject to a 5% late fee. Partial payments, if accepted, are non-refundable. Groups of 12 or more, require a signed confirmation of acceptance of these terms in addition to the deposit. Payment of deposit confirms acceptance of booking policies and procedures.

Credit card charge is in U.S. dollars (outside Honduras). Credit card payments are not finalized until a signed receipt, or authorization form, is received in our office.

A Certified Check is required if travel is less than 45 days before arrival date. Please make checks payable in United States dollars to Posada del Sol.

Changes: Changes to a confirmed reservation incur a $25 service.
No-shows and cancellations within 7 days forfeit all moneys and credits.

Cancellations: Notice of cancellation must be received in writing via either regular mail or e-mail. The effective date will be recorded as the date the notice is received by our office. All cancellations are subject to $50 service fee. All deposits are non-refundable. Reservations canceled between forty five (45) and ninety (90) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a forfeiture of fifty percent (50%) of the full rate. Reservations canceled less than forty-five (45) days prior to the arrival date are subject to a forfeiture of the full rate. Any cancellation can be re-scheduled within one calendar year for credit on future travel less applicable cancellation fees.

   

Refunds: Unused portions of packages, accommodations, meals and activities are not refundable for any reason including but not limited to, airline delays, schedule changes, cancellations, inconveniences, weather, sea conditions, acts of God, or any circumstances beyond our control. Unused domestic airplane tickets or portions are not refundable.
