Sol to create a new concept, Posada del Sol Private
Club & Villas.
Posada
del Sol Villas is in a 10 acre subdivision of the 76 acres
of oceanfront land where Posada del Sol Resort
sits. Since the housing development is neighboring the resort, homeowners
will have the right to fully enjoy the benefits and services offered
by the resort, making it their Private Club; the resort/club is
limited to members, guests, and Villa owners. The Club will provide
concierge services and will meet the visitors’ needs.
The
land development includes 22 lots which Posada has
exclusive rights to sell, manage and re-sell. It is preparing 5
more acres of land for a second phase and has divided 40 more acres
for future projects. These future projects will include the construction
of a Convenience Center, consisting of a small supermarket, hardware
store and marine store. Also, a fuel dock will be built in concession
with Texaco Oil Company and will benefit guests coming in their
own vessels.
The Honduran government has been extremely supportive to Posada
and has granted all legal, environmental and tax licenses necessary
for the housing development. The development also has benefits of
ZOLT for all property owners.
