The lot layout has been drawn and each lot is approximately 20,000 square feet or about one-third of an acre. The location ranges from beachfront to ridge line; elevations reach 150 feet.

The housing development will have direct underground electric and water hookups. The island power company provides electricity with a backup generator for emergency conditions. Since power is expensive, the development will include the requirements for solar energy, particularly for hot water. Potable water will be provided from spring water streams with ample year round flow.

In the next nine months, Posada will be working in the first phase of the project. This phase includes:

• Landscaping
• Pathways
• Water wells, cisterns
• Electrical tie in for distribution from the local power (Belco)
• Beach cleaning
• Model home

The construction of the first four villas will be started approximately in April, 2004. Management anticipates that the completion of the project will be in 1 ½ or 2 years.
