Andorra’s Monica Ramirez is currently second with a time of
1:07.72 and Uruguay’s Ines Remersaro is third with a time of
1:08.03 after the most recent heat.

Karen Vilorio, Honduras Olympic Swimming Star was born on 27/05/1993 and is now 19. She lives in Tegucigalpa (HONDURAS). She is 160 cm / 5’3″ tall and weighs 50 kg / 110 lbs, and competes in the Swimming Women’s 100m Backstroke category at the London Olympics in 2012.

She was unable to make it to the semi-finals, however, since the finalists of the other heats scored better times.

Karen Vilorio has been the only one of the four Honduran Olympic Athletes who has already participated in the London Olympic Games, and that has triumphed in a qualifying round. Way to go Catracha!
