Like all beginnings especially in activities like ours, where the entire project depends on the personal efforts of it's members, the foundation starts with a great amount of will power and a firm commitment to give life to projects. The highest priority is given to those projects that we consider will contribute in an immediate and positive way to our goals regarding Down syndrome.

The initial projects are:

• Create our own informative trimestrial newletter.
• Individual programs of stimulation and education, organized in level and stages, in order to facilitate the integration in normal schools.
• Education program directed to provide knowledge and develop abilities in young adults. The goal is for them to learn a job skill and achieve their independence.
• Programs that will train and inform teachers and other persons of normal schools.
• Promote and provide support for the formation of chapters throughout the Republic of Honduras.
