Payments: A $250 deposit per room is required, and must be received withn 7 days from date of booking. Full payment is due 45 days prior to arrival.
Cancellation: Must be received in writing at least 30 days prior to arrival. The following cancellation charges will apply. Cancellations received between:
20-29 days prior to arrival - 25% of total
07-19 days prior to arrival - 50% of total
01-06 days prior to arrival - 75% of total
No Show -- 100%
